By accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
By using the Pingverse Services in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
Continued use of the Services constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.
Pingverse may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in laws, regulations, technology, or business practices. Updated Terms will be published on our website and will take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Services may be accessed through APIs, dashboards, automation workflows, or integrations. Pingverse may enhance, modify, or discontinue features while maintaining core service continuity wherever reasonably possible.
Subject to compliance with these Terms and timely payment of applicable fees, Pingverse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services during the term of your agreement.

You agree to pay all fees as per the pricing plan or commercial agreement in effect. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or levies, which shall be borne by you.
Pingverse may suspend or restrict access to the Services if it reasonably believes that:

These Terms remain effective until terminated by either party.
Pingverse may terminate or suspend Services immediately for material breach, non-payment, or regulatory risk. Upon termination:
All intellectual property rights in the Pingverse platform, including software, APIs, dashboards, documentation, trademarks, and branding, are owned exclusively by Pingverse.
Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide may be used by Pingverse without restriction or obligation, and you grant Pingverse a perpetual, royalty-free, license to use such suggestions.
Pingverse may collect and analyze aggregated and anonymized usage data for purposes such as service improvement, analytics, security monitoring, and operational optimization. Such data will not identify you or your end users individually.
Each party agrees to protect the other party’s confidential information and to use it solely for purposes related to providing or using the Services. Confidential information shall not be disclosed except as required by law or with prior written consent.
Pingverse implements industry-standard security measures, including encrypted data transmission, secure infrastructure, access controls, and monitoring systems.
Data handling practices are governed by the Pingverse Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

At Pingverse, we understand that you may wish to cancel a service or product application under certain circumstances. Cancellation requests will be reviewed by our team, and a response will be provided within 72 hours of receiving the request.
Please note that cancellations are allowed only for valid and legitimate reasons and must comply with the terms and conditions of the respective financial product. Once an application has been submitted, its cancellation will depend on the eligibility for withdrawal at that stage and is subject to final confirmation.
We encourage users to thoroughly review all details and terms before submitting an application.
Pingverse strives to provide a seamless experience to its users. In cases where a payment has been made for any service of Pingverse, and a valid cancellation request has been raised, users may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the terms of the respective service availed.
All refund requests will be handled directly by Pingverse. Upon receiving a valid refund request, our team will initiate the refund process within 48 - 72 hours, subject to verification and confirmation of cancellation.
Users are encouraged to retain payment receipts and review all product details carefully before making any transactions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pingverse regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without prior written consent from Pingverse.
